Our Vision
We believe everyone deserves a memorable vacation rental. Our vision is to provide an exceptionally luxury vacation home experience exceeding guest expectations. Add on services including personalized chef services catering to an intimate wine and culinary experience indian fusion for your group.

Personal Chef - Fall / Winter Sample Menu (Max group size - 20, $119/person)
We host small dining and wine events for guests to mingle and socialize. Our fall and winter menu is a fusion rendition of various regions of India with chef's own infusions and select wines
Guests will sample
1. Chutney infused charcuterie ranging from sweet, savory and spicy with a smorgasbord of seasonal items and a wine pour to break the bubble!
The main course is a delightful made from scratch cuisine from silk road & India served family style with paired wines
1. lemon pepper chicken masala: The chicken is marinated overnight and is carries with it roasted black peppercorns, fennel and coriander seeds tapered with a hint of Manukkah honey & mango powder
OR
2. lamb chops: marinated in a lemon cilantro mint dressing with ginger and black pepper, stewed and baked twice. Served with raw onions
3. Pan seared Halibut with a curry base made from carmelized onions, fennel and roasted cumin with a tamarind infusion.
4. Dal fry: Chef's choice of lentils seasoned with variety of spices and simmered to perfection. The seasoning 'Tadka' imparts flavors of ginger, garlic, turmeric, cumin, fenugreek, mustard, lemon or green mango
5. basmati rice: cumin, green curry leaves or a variation with leeks, lemon and raisins
6. cold mango / papaya salad with sesame seeds and a soy citrus dressing with roasted peanuts
7. roasted cubed eggplant: - onions, mustard, cumin, fennel, lemon juice.

1. coconut fudge or ganache bites with fresh berries

Amenities
- The front entrance is from Humboldt Ave South & back through the alley from the garage. Keycode entry.
- Guests have dedicated off-street parking space
- A lovely landscaped backyard with a pergola, cascade waterfall, and seating space awaits you. Internal décor by local artists - eclectic original art available for guest consideration.
- Main level - features 1 bedroom (queen bed), 1 full bathroom with hot jetted tub for 2, living, full dining and a gourmet kitchen with nook seating for 8-10. The nook space has multiple outlets and is work friendly.
- The lower level features an eclectic 1 bedroom (queen bed), 1 full bathroom, living / kitchenette w/- full daybed & a twin trundle bed, washer & dryer.
- The third level features 1 bedroom (queen), 1 full bathroom with a tub, living/dining with a sofa bed and kitchenette.
- The second level has 3 bedrooms. (1) A King-sized bedroom with a walk in closet, full bathroom with heated floors and a steam room (2) a second bedroom with a queen sized bed and (3) a third bedroom with a full bed and two twin bunk beds for kids/adults alike.
- High-speed WIFI is available on all 4 levels. Dedicated work spaces sprinkled all over the space with adequate outlets and lighting.
- The lower level and 3rd level have 65-inch large TVs for your viewing experience while the main level bedroom has its own smaller TV.
- Chef host (depending on availability) can help personalize your dining experiences. The home will be featured in a movie by a local artist in June of 2023.
- The dining space has seating for 8 in the main level dining room, and 10 in the large nook space in the open kitchen. The lower level and 3rd level spaces have their own attached kitchenettes and dining.
- A 9 feet shuffle board in the dining area for fun group activities along with a foosball coffee table/board games for kids and adults to have fun family time
- The backyard is ideal setting for yoga, meditation and small live music events
