Culinary Experience
We host small dining and wine events for guests to mingle and socialize. Our summer menu is a fusion rendition of various regions of India & Central Asia with chef's own infusions and select wines. We can cater this menu or host (max 40 at Lake home).
Starters : - charcuterie array, thoughtfully paired with sweet, savory, and spicy chutney trio.
The main course opens with a Fermented Rice Soup as an aperitif.
Featured proteins and sides include:
Grass-Fed Lamb Chops: Marinated overnight in lemon, cilantro, and mint.
Organic chicken seared with roasted black peppercorns, fennel, and curry leaves.
Braised Tofu: Chinese 5-spice, black vinegar, and chili/sesame oils.

Dessert is a warm coconut fudge with Indian Kulfi
